How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used your Facebook or Instagram account to log in to AlbaLocal applications, you can request deletion of your data at any time.

What Data We Collect

When you connect your Instagram account, we may collect:

• Your Instagram username
• Your Instagram user ID
• Public posts and media from your Instagram account
• Basic profile information

How to Delete Your Data

To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

1. Via Facebook: Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Find "AlbaLocal" → Click "Remove"
2. Via Email: Send a data deletion request to Contact@albalocal.ro with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
3. Via Phone: Call us at (0743) 605 039

Data Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request, we will:

• Confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours
• Process the deletion within 30 days
• Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your Instagram user ID and username
• Any cached Instagram posts or media
• Your access tokens and authentication data
• Any other personal information associated with your account
